Legal and Regulations in Business
I support companies with implementation of the legal a regulation impacts to their business. I have broad knowledge of the Czech national laws as well as deep knowledge of many international standards and regulations. I have strong capabilities in the laws understanding and implementation. In PDQM we have cooperation with a lawyer and we prepare company standards, processes as well as legal documents (contract templates).
Implementation of the new Civil Code – the Hypo bank
The new Civil Code in the year 2014 was a significant change for all customer-oriented companies in the Czech Republic
I was responsible for the impact analysis of the change for a Hypo bank. I analysed all processes and capabilities and prepared a project of implementation of changes. I was responsible for the project management mentoring and overall quality control.
GDRP implementation - Klokočka Group
Thanks to my good experience with the legal and regulations as well as data protection standards (e.g. ISO 27000) I have early adopted obligations of the GDPR European standard and support compaines with the implementation of changes related to this standard.
The Klokocka Group has several companies that partly shared the data and systems. I managed the changes of processes and data protection so that they fulfil all obligations.
Implementation of the ISO 26262 standard – BRISK
I supported an automotive supplier to become ISO 26262 compliant and provide element development and production with respect to the standard.
I trained the internal staff and cooperated with the project team. I’ve communicated the processes and outputs with the customer.
Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 10000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 20000, ISO 27000 standards - AARON GROUP
The AARON GROUP had many years of experience in business when we started the cooperation. I improved internal processes of the IT support and software development and developed the IMS (integrated management system) that fulfilled all the mentioned standards. The IMS have been certified by an independent accredited organisation.
For several year I worked as a ISO 9001 accredited auditor and I have good experience in the process definition and quality improvement.
Training and Mentoring
Training and mentoring is a cornerstone of my 25+ years of experience and support of the companies. I am skilled trained and mentor of the set of related skills:
- Business, software and technical analysis (including standards TOGAF, BABOK and languages BABOK, ArchiMate, Zachman Framework)
- Several ISO standards
- CMMI
- Quality management and testing
- The Project Management
I’ve realized several dozens of training courses for many companies. Since 2016 I also provide my trainings as e-Learning courses with the mentoring support.

Attendants of my courses appreciate that I train only these skills that are based on my experience. Although I have deep knowledge of standards I use my know-how how from the project to explain standards in many real-world examples.
Business Analysis
Since start of my career in 1991 I cooperated with software development teams. Although I have good programming skills, my major focus is the business analysis and business improvement
TV and media sector – DCIT/Provys
I developed real-time solution for the media and broadcasting.
As a business analyst and developer I was responsible for the area of the programme planning and broadcasting plan preparation.
OSS / Telecomunication Sector – Sitronics, T-mobile
I was a principal analyst of the OSS system that is currently used by T-mobile.
I was also responsible for the overall testing and quality control of the BSS/OSS solution developed by Sitronics for Vodafone and other clients including Warid in Uganda
Financial Factoring – VWFS
Many year ago I was a quality manager at the software development of the factoring system for VW FS (recently ŠkoFIN). I was also responsible for overall verification of the analysis and partially for the project management.
Customer Support
Most of my project are long-term cooperation with the clients. I supports the changes but I have also experience with support of the software solutions.
BFBS (England) – system support
I worked as a on-site system support for a system that we delivered to the British Force Broadcasting Station close to London.
OSS - system maintenance and support
PDQM delivered and have maintenance of the OSS solution currently used by T-mobile. I have a responsibility for the analysis of the customer request and partial cooperation in the support team.
EU projects
Thanks to my research background I am in touch with the research and ICT projects in Europe.
External expert – the European Union
I support the REA commission of the EU with the verification of the research and technical projects related the ICT technologies and production.
In last 10 years I’ve developed over 100 reviews and audits of the projects founded by the European Union.
Independent Assessor – the Ministry of Industry
For Czech Ministry of industry I provided assessment and verification of the proposal for European funds related with the ICT services and systems in business.
Project Management
I have good skills in the project management in the area of the ICT projects and project of the internal improvement: process improvement, HR processes, new ICT solution for business.
EU-funded project management
I have practical experience with the project request from both sides: as a independent reviewer but also as a author and responsible project manager. (In different areas; I wasn’t in the conflict of interest!)
For a private company AARON GROUP I managed the project with responsibility for all related paper-work.
SW system development - Telenor Networks
I was responsible for the overall project management of the BSS/OSS system implementation in the Telenor Networks. Although the principal supplier had been chosen before I undertaken the responsibility I was responsible for the task planning, coordination as well as for selection suppliers for subsequent modules.
SW system development – ŠkoFIN
I worked as a project co-management responsible for the solution hand over and the quality control including acceptance tests.
SW Quality management responsibility – Sintronics
I the project with the several hundred millions project I had complete responsibility for preparation and management of all tasks related with the quality management and control.
SW project management training – COR&FJA
I have developed an educational training programme of the project management based on the PM BOK specifically focused on the software project implementation.
